This bulge chimney made of high-quality glass completes perfectly the "Vienna" burner (burner for flat wicks) of classical oil lamps. The Vienna chimney is designed so that, when it is combined with the right burner, an air draft occurs that forms a flame with an optimum light output. This chimney effect is only possible if the burner and the chimney fit together.
