Petromax Cast-iron Poultry Roaster cf30

A chicken, a quail or a small duck will be prepared quite easily with the Poultry Roaster cf30. Placed on the cast-iron roaster, the cooked poultry will be evenly juicy thanks to optimal heat distribution. While meat is cooking in the oven or on the grill, surplus fat and meat juices will flow into the drip pan. The poultry becomes thus a delicious and crusty skin outside and has the right flavour inside thanks to the hole filled with spices, herbs and stock. The valuable properties of the material, as well as the pre-seasoned surface (seasoned finish) and the naturally non-stick effect, round the easy use of the cast-iron roaster off.
