All deliveries and services of www.pelam.de are in fulfilment of tasks that
the customer did not give in connection with his industrial or self
continuous professional activity. All take these business conditions as a
basis. Declarations deviating and/or supplementary require the explicit

Payment

We do not accept cheques.

Right of withdrawal

You are, as consumer not bound at your order anymore by § to 13 BGB
(German law) if you revoke within a period of time of 2 weeks according to
receipt of the product in the sense. The withdrawal does not have to contain
any reason and can occur hard-copy (an E-Mail, for example at

Please stamp the parcel sufficiently in order to avoid punishment postage.
We will return the postage amount immediately. If you return damaged or worn
off products, the by law permissible amount is brought into outlet. You can
avoid this when you only subject the product to an examination as it would
have been possible to you for instance in the shop, and return these without
rite traces and in the original packing.

Impossible of the sending back are

* Products that are created after customer specification or are tailored
unambiguously onto the personal needs or that are characterized due to their
state not for a sending back or to be able to spoil fast or be exceeded
their expiration date,

* Flaming-stocking consumption items and so forth...

Guarantee

The guarantee occurs according to the legal definitions with which we
improve in the case of a lack of the product after your choice, first of all

restitution of the full purchase price or keep the product and reduce the
